WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREP,S, Z'he Clerk of Municipa3. Court has authorized
ov�rtime work in his department during the period from
November 27, 1971 to December 10, 1971, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and 3250.
