WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Co�nissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from November 27,
1971 to December 10, 1971 : therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
e�aployees who performed such overtir�e work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6445 and No. 3250.
