bet. H�yt and Nebraska. Install one pole, 5 poles
in from So. Snelling N/W of new Ramsey Ice Arena
in Reserv���►::• area, with neeessary guys, anchors, - �

and wires.
Poles and wires to be removed when requested to do
so by the Common Council and cost of said removal
to be borne by the Northern States Power Company.
