�A pt�blic hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard a11 persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be�inade by th� said City is constructing and recons�ructing sidewalks and
by doing all other work which is neces�3ary and incidental to complete said �rove-
ment� except where it ia determined that good and sufficietxt paured sidewal,ts
now exist on MeLeaa Ave., bo�h sides from Earl St. to Cypress St.,

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESO.LVED FIJRTHER, That the Commisaioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
� clirected to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
'app�oval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials axe hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with .�he making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
