under Preliminary Order 258551 approvecL May 10, 1972
The Council of the City of St. Paul h ving received the �eport of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having onsidered said repOrt, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same s hereby approved;and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improveme t which the Counc�l recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the n rth side of St. lAnthony Avenue from Fry Street
to Pierce Street and by doing all ot er work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement, exeept wh re it is determ�ned that good and sufficient
poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimate coat thereof is $ 4.90 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
$ 5.85 per lin ft for 6' wide �walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearin be had on said improvement on the 18th day of '
.Tul�, 1972 , at the ho r of 10 o'clock A.1yI., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building� in the City of St. Paul. That the iCommissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the ma er provided by th�e Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement an the total cost thek�eof as estimated.
