THE CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDA :
Section l. That the proper City officers re hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-420, to Mrs. Richard �'olkestad,

Section 2. That said stun ha11 be paid to the said claimant
utpon his e�ecutioa and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a
form to be approved by the City Attorney, for a�.l damages 8ad
in�uries sustaiaed ia the manne aforesaid.
