The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 257983 approved Anril 7rt,_ 19�`
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Colborne. St. from
Jefferson Ave. to Grace St. and by doin� all other work which is�,g�essa�y and
incidental to complete said improvement.
