WHEREAS, The election of Lawrence D. Cohen as Mayor of the
City of Saint Paul and his taking office as Mayor on June 6,
1972, ha.s caused a vacancy to occur on the Ramsey County Board of
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul by law ha.s the
authority to fill this vacancy;. now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby appoint and elect Anthony A. Danna. to fill the vacancy
created on the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners through the
resigna.tion of said board by La.wrence D. Cohen; and to serve for
