AN ORDINAPICE SETTI.ING THE CI.AIM OF ROBERT G. EDER
AGAINST T�E CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Zhat the proper Citq offi.cers are herebp authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liabilitq Fund 0035-r+20, to
Robert G. Eder, Che sum of $110.00, in full settlement of h�s claim
of clamages suatained on or about April 19, 1972 as more particularly
set out in a cotmnunication to the City Council on May 9, 1972.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, 3n
a form to be approved bq the Citp Attorney, for all damages sustained
in the manaer aforesaid.
Sectioa 3. That this ordinaace shall take effect aad be in.
force thirty days after its passage, appronal and publicatioa.
