Dollars ($25, 000) be allowed und.er Contract L-7343 between the City of
Saint Paul and. Bor-Son Construction, Inc. , said contract for the General
Construction of the Saint Paul Civic Center Multi-Purpose Arena Building,
and. said. extra to cover Installation of Terrazzo Floors in east and west
lobbies including rooms C-106 and. C-107 as specified. in Change Order
G-11 as an option, said work having been requested by the Civic Center
Authority, and agreement mad.e with the contractor, and a memorandum
o� said agreement having been filed. with the Comptroller and countersigned.

WHEREAS , the general contractor of the Civic Center
?�4ulti-Purpose Arena has submitted Chan;e Order G-17 ,
issued P4ay 8 , 1972 in the amount of $25 ,000 .00 for the
instullation of terrazzo flooring in the east and west
lobbies as m�re fully set forth in said Ch�.n�e Order attached
hereto; and
WHERLAS , said Change Order has been recommended by the
Civic Center Architect �.nd approved by the Operations and
. Personnel Committee ; now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED , That the Civic Center Authority approves
_ Ch�!n�e Order G-17 and �uthorizes and directs the Chairman
to execute same as submitted.
