WHEREAS, An Ordinance C.F. No.����, 9ranting permission to the
IGellogg Square Company to construct, ope�ate and maintain eight (8) tree
planters, two (2) gas lanterns, a wall sign and a brick veneer facade in
the City dedicated right-of-way of Fourth Street between Robert and Minnesota
Streets has been prepared and introduced to the Council of the City of Saint
Paul , and will be adopted on June 22� 1972 to be effective eventually on
July 2�+, 1972 ; now, therefore, be i t
RESOIVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Pubtic Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue
a permit to the IGellogg Square Company for the construction, operation
and maintenance of eight (8) tree planters, two (2) gas lanterns, a wall
sign and a brick veneer facade subje �, same conditions and requiremen.ts
as set out in Ordinance C.F. No. ,� pending before the Council
of the City of Saint Paul ,informal approval of the said construction operation
and maintenance of the aforementioned items being hereby given in anticipation
of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
