TO THE HONORABLE CiTY COUNCiL

Gentlemen and Madam:
We, the undersigned owners of the property abutting or benefited by the
proposed sanitary .sewer to be constructed in WHEELOCK PARKWAY from Cohansey
Street fo approximately 175 feet east (City Project No. S- 1483) , as proposed
under Preliminary Order C.F. No. 258287 approved April 24, 1972, hereby peti-
�tion yo��r Nonorable Qody to proceed with said improvement. It is understood
that the estimated assessment rate is $12.60 per assessabie foot for each of
the two parceis, each par�el hoviny ap�ruximately i0G assessable feet.
This agreement and waiver is for the purpose of waiving notice and hear-
ing on the Final Order .as required in Section 241 of the Charter of the City
of St. Paul and is to run with the land and shall be binding on the under-
signed as owners of the property, their heirs, successors and assigns.
Tnis waiver will permit the Department of Public �dorks to initiate the
impro��em��it sc as ta coordinate the work with the current contract in force
