WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law and upon
advice of the C',�uncil , the Mayor has designated Robert W.
Trudeau to the position of Acting Head of the Department of
Finance of the City of Saint Paul , until such time as admin-
istrative ordinances are adopted establishing the salaries
and qualifications of department heads of the City, now,
therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that said appointment is hereby concurred in
and in al l re spects approved and ratified.
