WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and pravides f or
payment for overtime work, and
WAEREAS, the Commissioner of Public IItilities has
authorized avertime work in the Water Department during the
period from May 13, 1972 to May 26,1972: therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City off icers are hereby author-
ized t o pay the empl oyees who perf ormed such avert ime work in
accordance with the prwisions a� Ordinances No. 6446 and No.
3250.
