provided to the City of St. Paul by the
petitioner for pedestrian �.ac�ess between

Robie Street and Concord Street west of the I
- existing Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe �
Church facili��y to the satisfaction o� the �
Department of _Public Works.
Th�t the petitioners be responsible for the '
cnnstruction af a 5 foot wide concrete walk
within said easement. Said sidewalk con- �
