To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Coun.cil File No. 257116 approved ,7�, 213t_ 19�_
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk �ortions of which will be j_ntegra7 cLrb and
sidewalk on the east side of Greenbrier Ave. from Margaret St. to Beech St. and bv
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, herehy reports:

1. The estimated cost thereof is �D per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 fte
5.85
wide and $6��per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.� and $1.50 per
sq. ft. for integral curb and sidewalk.
