WHEREAS, An O�dinance, C.F. No. ' , granting permission to
the Capital City State Bank, 1020 Rice Street, St. Paul , Minnesota, 55117,
to co�struct, operate and maintain a 2�-inch diameter underground rigid
conduit under Lawson Street east of Rice Street has been prepared and
introduced to the Council of the City of St. Paul , and wilt probabl be
adopted on MOr 15 1972 , to be effective eventualty on DEC � 8 t972;
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
permit to said Capital City State Bank for the construction of said under-
ground conduit subjec me conditions and requirements as set out
!� in Ordi�ance C.F. No.��j��� , now pending before the Council of the
City of St. Paul , informa approval of said construction being hereby
given in anticipation of the fi,nal adoption and approval of said Ordi�ance.
