WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law , the Mayor has
appointed the Reverend Harry Maghakian to the Human Rights
Commission and designated him as CYiairman of said Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said appointment is made to fill the unexpired
term of Nicholas Sauro, which term expires October 9, ig'73,
now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that said appointment is hereby concurred in
and in all respects approved and ratified.
