Hill Building Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul authorized the D'uector of ffie Deparhnent of Planning and Economic Development to apply for additional Livable Communities Tas Base Revitalizarion Account funding for the James J. Hill Building and to execute such agreement as is necessary to implement this project; and WHEREAS, the project was apptoved for additional funding by the Metropolitan Council on December 19, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there aze available for appropriation $325,000 in funds in excess of those estimated in the 2002 budget and recommends the following changes to the 2002 budget: 101 STATE GRANT PROGRAM FUND Ctiurent Budeet FINANCING PLAN Metropolitan Council-Livable Communiries Giant P6-101-36303-3802-61643 534,000 Total 534,000 SPENDING PLAN J.J.
