and Fizing Time of Hearing Thereon File No. 17489
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improving CLEVBLAND
AVENUE from Interstate 94 to University Avenue (City Project P-0088A) as follows:
widen, grade and pave; construct curb; construct street, and driveway returns;
conatruct storm water drainage facilities; construct sewer, water and gas service
connections; reconstruct a traffic control system; construct concrete walk on the
West side of Cleveland Avenue from Interstate 94 to Universfty Avenue and on the
East side of Cleveland Avenue from 75 feet South of University Avenue to Universitq
Avenue; and ii all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improve�nt,

The assessment af henc.±fits� cest and_�x,genses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa.me
a.nd found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RFSOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all reapects approved.
RF.�OLVE�D FURTHER, Tha.t a public hearing be had an said assesament on the 21st
day of November. 1972 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court Houae and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of �nance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice ie directed.
