crete Curb and Gutter, Construct Ornaniental Lighting
System� Construct Driveway Returns, Construct Storm
Water Draina.ge Facilities, Construct Concrete Walk,
and Do All Work Which is Necessary and Incidental to
Complete said Improvement.
WHEREAS, Pursua.nt to Preliminary Order 2597�3 ,
approved �_ � the Council—o�t ie ity o
Sa�nt Pau s con ud cted a pu"51i �.earing upon the above improvement,
due notice thereof having-been 'given•as prescribed by the City
Cha.rter; and
WHEREAS, The Council ha.s heard all persons, objections and
recommendations pertaining to said proposed improvement and has
fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED9 'Th.at the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby order that the above-described improvement be ma.de, and the
proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed
with the improvement;� and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� That upon the completion of said improvement.
the proper City officers sha.11 calculate all expenses incurred therein
and sha.11 report the same to the City Council in accordance with
Cha.pter 14 of the City Charter.
