A permanent easement for uti.lity purposes on, under, across, and through the West thirty-seven (W 37) feet of the following described tract of land: That portion of the North Thirty-five acres of the ATorth- East quarter of the South West quaxter of Section Nineteen, Township Trerenty-nine North, Range TGrenty-two West (N.35 Ac. NE ,�–� of SW �, Sec. 19. T.29N. R.22W.) lying south of a line drawn parallel to and Seventy-five (75) feet distant in a North-Easterly directiori from the located line o�' the Rai].roa,d of the Saint Paul and Northern Pa.cific Railway Company. WI�REAS, The easement described therein is necessary for the Park-Ivy Storm Se�rer Project, and the price at which the easement may be purchased is at the total amount of $860.00, a fair and reasonable price according to the appraisal obtained by the Assistant City Valuation Engineer; and Wl�REAS, The Assistant City Valuation Engineer ha.s reconunended the � C; purcha,se of said easement at the price stated above, as evidenced by his � report submitted here�with; naw, therefore, be it , D K' � RESOLVID, That pursuant to Administrative Order No. D-1.56, dated � �' September 8, 1972, the Council of the City of Saint Pa.ul does hereby authorize * O the purchase of the above described easement, and be it `� .. Pursuant to such author3.zation and direction, I, in n�y capacity of Assistant Valuation Engineer, ha.ve secured an a.greement with Burlington Northern Inc., owner of the land involved, for the purchase of an easement for sewer purposes on their land for compensation in the amount of $860.00.
