RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of August 23, 1972, waiving the requirem�ent of Section 13.02 of the St. Pa.ul Legislative Code that interior stairway be enclosed to permit that enclosure of stairway leading f'ram basement, first, second, t'hird and fo�urth floor not be required; and be it FURT�R RESOLVED, that said waiver be granted until Jarivary 31, 1977 at which ti.me lease agreement for 25 E.
