� . This letter is a request for a formal approval by the City Licensing
" Committee and the St. Paul City Council for the transfer of the
� ownership of the stock of Landreville, Inc. from Gerald Landreville
to Alden Landreville.
It is further a request for the approval of the transfer of the stock of
Alden Len, Inc, from Alden Landreville to Gerald Landreville.
This request does not involve the transfer of the liquor licenses
presently held by those respective corporations, Presently. the liquor
license in Landreville, Inc, is used at the Showboat Night Club which
, is owned and operated by Gerald Landreville. This liquor license will
continue to be used by the Showboat only the new owner and operator
will be A.lden Landreville.
Previously, the transfer of the license in the Knights Restaurant from
Gerald Isaacs to Alden I,,en, Inc, was approved and at that time the
sole stockholder was Altlen Landreville. Presently that liquor license
remains in Alden Len, Inc, and will be opening up under a new business
known as the Chain Link. This business is to be owned and operated
by Gerald Landreville at the same premises formerly known as the
Knights.
Both owners join in the request for the Council to approve transfer of
the stock of the respective corporations to the respective parties. ,
