WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREAS� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department� (Police)� du�ing the
period from February 19� 1972 to March 3� 19?2:
therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the er�ployees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances tvo. 6446
and No. 3250.
