RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Industrial Commission, dated March g, lg'72, Julius A. Toth,
employee of the Department of Public Works, be paid from the
Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund, the sum of
�3,210.00, representing 52.5 weeks of compensation at the rate
of �60.00 per week for 15� permanent partial disability to the
back and 1 week of temporary total disability at the rate of �60.00
per week; such sum being payable by reason of the permanent partial
disability and temporary total disability of said Julius A. Toth,
who was injured on July 18, 1958; October 26, 1960; September 27,
1g63; November 2, 1963; August 15, 1g67; December 5, 1967; May 1'7,
1g68; March 21, 196g; May 6, 1970; and November 13, 1g70, while
employed by the Department of Public Works; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Dr. Frank Babb be paid the sum of �45.00
for a medical examination performed on said Julius A. Toth, and
reimbursement be made to said Julius A. Toth in the amount oY �53.60
for payment of drug and medical expenses in connection with said
injuries, and, further, that the sum of �126.00, representing four
percent (4%) of the perm8nent partial disability of said Julius
A. Toth, be paid to the Workmen' s Compensation Commission on behalf
of the Special Compensation Fund.
