WHEREAS, under and pursuant to Chapter 92A of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, the Car Mileage Committee provid.ed for in Section 5 hereby reports
its find.ings and recommendations to the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a stud.y of said report and recommendations;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the employees
