WHtKtHS, The Uepartment of Parks and kecreation and Public auildings
h as determi ned the necessi�y of the updati ng, through compl ete redesi gn, of
the Como Park Golf Course; and
t�JHEKtAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul concurs in the foregoing
determination and expressly finds tN�at such redesign is necessary to best serve
the recreational neeas of all ti�e citizens of the City of Saint Paul ; and
' 6JNERERS, The Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings
has �ietermined that Brauer and t�ssociates, Inc. , a +�iinnesota corporation, is
aesi qualifie� to provide the professional services necessary to tne complete
r edesign of tne Como Park Golf Course and the Council af the City of Saint
P aul concurs i n ii�at determi nati on; now, tf�erefore, be i t
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are authorized and hereby
directed to enter into an agreement with arauer and Associates, Inc. for
p rofessi onal servi ces necessary to create a conprehensi ve master p�an for
the complete redesign of tr�e Como Park Golf Course.
