WF�REAS, the staff of the Of'f`1.ce of Gramt-in-Aid Programs has been

and through these efforts, a Citizens Advisory C�uai.ttee for Workable
Program has been formed, and
i�REAS, the purpose of the Citizens Advisory Ca�nmittee for Workable
