COMMISSIONE ATF
RESOLVED, That the Camnissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a portion of the necessary alley crossing
and a portion of sidewalk abutting private property to be reconstructed
at the location listed below by the Michaels Concrete Company under their
annual Sidewaik Contract 70-M-0501 for District No. 2, known as Comptrolter's
Contract No. L-7278, at a cost not to exceed $100.00 based on the unit
prices bid for four inch and six inch mor�oltthic concrete sidewaik, driveway
and other materiai necessary, which cost is to be charged against the P. I .R. �
FUND CODE 6000 and this �� fund to be reimbursed from City's share of
Local Improvement Fund Code 0920-461 (1971) •
At the attey crossing a�d a portion of sidewalk on the West side of
Douglas St. between Forbes Ave. and Harrison Ave. and also abutting Lot
96 and part of Lot 49, Whitacre, Brisbine 8 Mullins Sub. of Leech's Outlots.
