Subdivision of Lots 37 and 38, Pioneer Rea.1
Estate and Fiuildiug Societq's Subdinision, Saint
Paul, about $1 feet in length north aad south and
elliptical in outlixte, together with those parts
of the ad�oining streets and alleys which accrued
to the properties hereia described by operation of
law upon vacation thereof;
Dulp ratified bp the Couacil on July 2, 1969, by Resolution
kao�an as Council File No. 244730, approved July 2, 1969 that an
award of da.mages in the �um of $275.04 for the taking of ths
aforesaid property shall be and hereby is increa� so that the
ssme ahall be aad herebq ia iucreased so that the�s 1 be and
represent an a�ard of damages in the amount of $1,000.00; and
` � Resolved further that the award of damages �s so increased shRll
be payable upon the presentmeat of satiafactory evidence of title
and the presentment of a Narrantq deed conveqing title to the propertp
to the City of Saint Paul,, and
-Resolved further, that the award of damages as so increased
shall be payable fram �'.I.R. 6000 501, L-7145, to be reimbursed
from Fund 9767-501-C102, or other funds of the Citp available
