made application for a matching grant for the develo�ment of Hidden Falls Park,

Budg�t for the dev�elop�ent of Hidden Falls Paxk, now theref'ore,
BE IT 1�SOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to

� execute and file �r3.th the Minnesota Department of Conservation, the State liaison

agency for the administration of Land and Water Conservation �ind Act grants, a

° � pro�eet agreement for the development of Hidden Falls Park in an amount equal to
