This is written in response to the application of Applebaum's
Food Markets, Inc. , for a permit to construct a 110-car parking
lot on property located on the southwest corner of Plato and
State Streets. This property is further described as follows:
Lot l, Block 11, Riverview Industrial Park (details on
file) .
This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning at its January 6,
1972, public hearing, at which time the staff reported that
revised plans meet design standards. The Board heard a motion
to recommend approval, which motion was seconded and carried by
a 5 to 0 vote.

of Old Bobert S�reet, thence Northeasterly at right angles to the centerliae
of Old Aobert Street, a dfstaace of 350 feet, thence Easterly by a deflection
aagle of 19 degrees, 40 minutes, 11 seconds to the right, a distance of 850.54
