Marshall City Clerk Room 386 City Hall St. Paul, Minnesota 55102 Dear Sir: This is written in response to the application of Sheehy Construc- tion Company for a permit to construct a 210-car parking lot for use with LaBelles, East, retail store on property located on the north side of Surburban Avenue between White Bear Avenue and Ruth Street. This property is further described as follows: Lots 1 and 2, Block 19, Scenic Hills Addition �k5. This matter was heard at the January 6, 1972, Board of Zoning public hearing, at which time the staff noted some changes in the plan it had requested from the applicant. A representative of the applicant presented revised plans which, he said, include the changes requested. The Board heard a motion to recommend approval subject to the changes requested.
