WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Widening �. Resurfacing of CLEVELAND AVENUE - I .S. #94
to UNIVERSITY, Compfiroller's Contract L-7356, City Project No. 71-P-0088A, Ashbach
Construction Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, !t has been found necessary to make the following Additions:

WHEREAS, The total net addition is $2,136,03, and the Commissioner of Pubiic
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the`amoun�` of $2,136.03 is the correct
sum to be added to said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$2,136.03, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in the
contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-7356, and which amount is to be
financed from 1971 Municipal State Aid Funds 64-120-01
