WHEREAS� Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work� and
WHEREA5� the Commissioner of Public Safety has auth-
orized overtime work in his department (Police) during the
period from February 5� 19'72 �o February� l8� 1972s
therefore be it
RE50LVED: That the proper City Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances No. 6446
and No. 3250.
