WHEREAS, the Mayor is a member of the Human Resourees
Committee •of the United States Conferenee uf Mayors; and
WHEREAS, said committee is meeting in Washington, D.C.
on Sunday, March 5, 1972, authorisatian is hereby granted
for the Mayor to travel to Washington, D.C. for attendance
at said meeting, the expe�se cf said trip to be charged
to 0028-204; and
WHEREAS, the city of Saint Paul has sold and agreed
to deliwer certain of its bonds; and
WHEREAS, the time and pla�e ef delivery of said
bonds is in New York City on the 6th day of March, 1972,
authorization is hereby granted for the Mayor to travel to
New York City and return for the purpose of aceomplishing
said deli�+ery of bonds, the expense of this travel to be
paid for by the purchasers of said bonds .
