WHEREAS� The Saint Paul: Drug Rehabilitation Center, Inc. ,
has requested tha. the City of Saint Paul act as its sponsor and
submit application to the State of Minnesota Governor�s Commission
on Crime Prevention and Control for Grant funds to operate its
drug reha.bilitation program; and
WHEREAS� The application ha.s been submitted to and reviewed
by the Saint Paul-Ramsey County Criminal Justice Advisory Commis-
sion, which Commission now recommends tha.t the Saint Paul City
Council approve the application; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve application to the Crime Commission for funds to
permit the operation of a Saint Paul Drug Program by the Saint
Paul Drug Rehabilitation Center, Inc. , and the Ma.yor is hereby
authorized to execute the application on beha.lf of the City of
Saint Paul.

The St. Paul - Ramsey County Criminal Justice Advisory
Committee finds the following project applications to be valuable
and important links in a coordinated effort toward continued
improvement of the criminal justice system in the City of St .
Paul. Therefore, the Committee recommends these projects to
the St. Paul City Council and respectfully requests that the
Council adopt resolutions to sponsor these project applications .
