WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for ouertime work, and
WHEREAS, THE Commissioner of Public Works has
authorized overtime work in his department during the
period f rom Feb. 5 to Feb. 18, 1972: therefore be it
RESOLVED , that the proper �ity Officers are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who performed such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances
No. 6446 and No. 3250.
