out of the i�fiorkmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim a�nst the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of April 24, 1971, while
employed by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police,
whereby he suffered a 10% permanent partial disability to his
right foot and ankle; that of said sum, �1,039.50 is now due and
payable.
