In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for �rading and snrfacing

alley to Hatch Street. Also construction of a sever for storm water pnrposes in the
said North-South alley and in Hatch Street fron the North-South alley to Chatsworth

The assessment af benefits, cost and expens�s for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the sa.id assessment be and the sa.me is hereby in all respects approved.
, RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the ��
day of Jl�t+�'� �47� , at th� hour of 10 dcloek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asseased against the lot or lots of'the particular
owner to whom the notiee is directed.
