Under supervision, to assist in the physical work involved in
the care of physically and mentally handicapped children;
and to perform related work as assigned.
Examples of wox°k performed:
To assist disabled children to and from wheelchairs, auto-
mobiles and classrooms.
To assist children in the toilet and rest room and at lunch.
To assist in preparing materials for use in classes.
To assist teachers in special clas_ses.
To assist in maintaining the sanitation of the toilets and
rest rooms.
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduation or two years' paid experience working
with physically or mentally handicapped children.
