WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, through its Commissioner
of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, has entered into an
Agreement with Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. ,
Council File No. 244909, to perform engineering services for various
projects; and
WHEREAS, Said Agreement provides that such work shall
be perfor�d as is requested in writing from time to time by said
Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings; and
WHEREAS, The financing source of these various projects
was initially approved per Council File No. 245391, and amended per
Council File No. 248512; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the Citq of Saint Paul
does hereby further a�end Council File No. 245391 and Council File
No. 248512 as follows:
That the costs to be charged to the Permanent Improve- -
ment Revolving Fund No. 6000, Contract No. L-7216, are to
be reimbursed from available finaucing as stated in writing
in a letter to Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates. �
