We feel the proposed sideWalk construction due for the aforemartioned blocks is poor planning since the Independent School District �` 6z5 plans to acquire the block �f East Page Street� bounded by Livingstone St. and Gorman Street for the new Humboldt High School site. The need for the sidewalk seems nnnecessary since it really represents no danger to anyo:ie, nor wi.11 it bec�me that bad within the next several years. It will also present a great hards�ip to the elderly people wi.thin these two blocks.
