In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Colborne 3treet
frcym Jefferson Avenue to Grace Street and by doing all other Work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 25798� approve� Apri� 7' �q72
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Colborne Street from Jefferson
Avenue to Grace Street and by doing all other work which is necess�ry and incidental
to coaplete said improvement, except where it is determined that good and sufficient
poured sidewalks exist,

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 1.6U per assessable foot - Residential
$ 3.20 per assessable �oot - Commercial
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of
June� 1972 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
