WHEREAS, Ordinance Dio. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHERSAS, Z'he Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his depa�tment during the period from
April 29, 1972 to May 12, 1972, therefore be it .
RBSOLVSD, that the proper �ity Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance Dio.
