WHEREAS, due to the recent fire at the Dale Street Garage
which severely damaged various parts of the structure; and
SaHEREAS , it is desirous that the structure be made safe
and incapable of entr,p by unanthorized personnel; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED� that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
to execute a contract with Hamernick Paint and Glass Company for
the purchase of �lass in the amount of $573 .68 Without competitive
bidding ,
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this procedure is being folloWed as
a state of emergency is declared to exist with regard to the
general safety of the Dale Street Garage.
