WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Comnissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from April 29,
1972 to May 12, 1972: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay
the employees who perforrned such overtirr� work in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 5445 and No. 3250.
