PRELIMINARY ORDER.

Condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder
thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the
grading and surfacing r�ith bituminous material , constructing concrete curb and
gutter and constructing sewer for storm water purposes on WII.SON AVE. from Van
Dyke St. to Hazel St. , Also constructing sewer service connections and water
service connections. Construction shall be in two phases as follows: Contract A,
rough grading and construction of storm sewer, tentatively scheduled for 1972;
Contract B, fine grading, surfacing, concrete curb and gutter and sewer and water
service connections, tentatively scheduled for 1973 (G-1941) .
