a Proteet3.on Fence Enclosure is desired to be located from Cedax Street to
Robert Street, and
W��R�AS, The �erection will be done by City Forces at an estimated c�st
of $17�000 plus Engine�ring and Inspection of $1,700 or a total estimated
co�t of $18,700, and
WHLR�A.S� Plans Yor fabrication and erection for sa3d Protection Fence
Enclosure have been prepared by the Departm�nt of Public Works under Pro�ect
B 1035 and stibmitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, and therefore be
it,
RESOLVED, That the Plans submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works
axe hereby approved and tha.t the Com¢nissioner is hereby authorized to proceed
with the purchase of materials and erection of said Protection Fence, and
be it
FURTF�R RE30LVED, That the estimated cost of $18,700 bE charged to the
P.I.R. Fund Code 6000 and this f�tand to be reimbvrsed fro� the 1972 Local
Improvemc� Fund Code 0920-1+61.
